Special Guest Frances Weller\, WECT News and performances by the Girls Choir of Wilmington. Come out and join us in honoring the memory of all those who were lost 16 years ago and celebrate the legacy that lives through the LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation.   \nFree parking is available.\nCrew Members and Members of our Military are encouraged to attend in uniform! \nPlease Register Here so we ensure adequate candles are available to all who attend this free event!
