Julie Ratcliffe was a recipient of the LeRoy Homer Jr. Foundation Scholarship in 2007. She has undergraduate degrees in Aeronautics and Aviation Business Administration with minors in Aviation Safety and Air Traffic Control from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). She also has a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from ERAU.  She has experience working in Flight Test, Business Operations and the cybersecurity industry.

Julie resides in Nevada.
